ppp99 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ppp99 ("ppp99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ppp99.app and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications ("Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotional offer, or otherwise using any part of the ppp99 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or supplementary policies published on the ppp99 Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which ppp99 Account Balances are maintained and transactions are processed.
• "Platform" means the ppp99 website, mobile interface, and all services, games, and features accessible at ppp99.app.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

To register and use the ppp99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. ppp99 does not permit gaming or betting by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
2. You are accessing and using the Platform voluntarily, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of ppp99 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from ppp99 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You are not using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining and complying with any local laws applicable to your use of ppp99.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the ppp99 Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts registered to the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

ppp99 reserves the right to require documentary evidence verifying your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months
• Screenshot or confirmation of registered JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account in your name

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by ppp99 will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to Account closure.

All financial transactions on the ppp99 Platform are denominated and processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ppp99 does not charge currency conversion fees. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically reflected in your ppp99 Account Balance within seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. ppp99 imposes no deposit fees, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have completed KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
2. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
3. Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully met before withdrawals of associated winnings can be processed.
4. ppp99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
5. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the cashier section of your ppp99 Account at the time of the request.

ppp99 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

ppp99 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses, and PSL season odds boosts. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 or over who have completed KYC verification, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit multiple claims.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms at the point of the offer.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the full Wagering Requirement has been satisfied.
• ppp99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited and in active use will be honoured subject to their applicable Wagering Requirements.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through low-risk or zero-risk strategies, systematic play patterns, or any other method constituting bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in Account closure.

Each game and betting market available on the ppp99 Platform is governed by its own specific Game Rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable Game Rules, the Game Rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game or market.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on ppp99:

• All game outcomes on ppp99 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming. ppp99 does not interfere with or modify game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game will resume from the point of disconnection when connectivity is restored. ppp99 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's own connectivity issues.
• All bets placed on the ppp99 Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where explicitly provided for in the applicable Game Rules or cricket betting market rules.
• In-play cricket betting markets may be suspended at any time at ppp99's discretion, including during natural breaks in play, pending official decisions, or in response to unusual betting patterns.
• ppp99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an incorrect or erroneous price or market line, and to correct any manifest errors in odds or game information. Players will be notified of voided bets via their Account transaction history.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppp99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on ppp99, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC, or at any other time.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, coordination with other Players to abuse referral schemes, or use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to card games and poker variants.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the ppp99 Platform in place of genuine human participation.
• Money Laundering: Using the ppp99 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploitation of Errors: Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the ppp99 Platform rather than reporting it to ppp99 support.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of ppp99 systems, or accessing another Player's Account without authorisation.

ppp99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Pakistani players with the tools and information necessary to manage their gaming activity. ppp99 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy and offers the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum PKR amount you are prepared to lose over a set period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a defined period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ppp99 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ppp99 Content without prior written consent from ppp99.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the ppp99 Platform or its underlying software.
• Use any ppp99 trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ppp99 Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of ppp99 Content or intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppp99 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ppp99 Platform.

ppp99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ppp99 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppp99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur, and ppp99 will endeavour to provide advance notice where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ppp99's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

ppp99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement. By using the ppp99 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by ppp99 is used for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and personalisation of the Platform experience. ppp99 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

ppp99 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and ppp99 servers. All payment information is processed through certified payment gateways and is not stored on ppp99 servers in unencrypted form.

ppp99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ppp99 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform, sending an email to the address on file for your Account, or both. The date of the most recent revision will be updated in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the ppp99 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and request Account closure.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the ppp99 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ppp99 operates the Platform for the benefit of Pakistani players and applies relevant consumer protection principles in its operations.
